Every year FS Logistix issues numerous supplier selection procedures, ensuring its commitment to ensuring competitiveness and quality in its procurement processes.

The assignment of supplies of goods, provision of services and execution of works takes place in compliance with the principles of legality, cost-effectiveness, effectiveness, impartiality, equal treatment, transparency, competition, proportionality and sustainability.

 

Starting from April 2023, the Qualification System for suppliers of goods, service providers and workers of FS Logistix, hereinafter SdQ, is operational.
The SdQ aims to define lists of economic operators with specific general, technical and financial requirements interested in participating in the negotiation procedures launched by FS Logistix.
The registration of qualified suppliers in the SdQ lasts 36 (thirty-six) months from the date of communication of the qualification provision.

 

FS Logistix has chosen to equip itself with its own e-procurement system for the management of electronic tenders and for registration in the qualification systems which also allows for an improvement in the effectiveness and efficiency of the procurement processes.
