Accessibility Statement
In computer science, accessibility is the ability of a device, service or resource to be easily used by any type of user. The term is commonly associated with the ability for people with reduced or impaired sensory, motor or mental capacity (i.e. those affected by either temporary or stable disabilities) to use computer systems and software resources available. For public administration websites, Law No. 4 of 9 January 2004, better known as the "Stanca Law", makes compliance with accessibility standards mandatory. The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG 2.1) provide 3 levels of compliance (A, AA and AAA) that indicate how closely web pages comply with the standard.
Accessibility is not just a technical issue: it is also a cultural and qualitative focus, which is difficult to measure by nature. The important thing is therefore to work constantly so that the site is increasingly easier to use (see the next paragraph on Usability) and accessible to everyone, with every device.
The site was created according to current regulations in terms of accessibility.
The site was designed and technically created in an accessible manner based on WCAG 2.2
The site's contribution is not subject to accessibility tests
In the next release of the portal, a declaration will be released on the AgID form.
