Bluferries: from 13 october, commercial vehicle boarding will move from Villa San Giovanni to Reggio Calabria

Starting next 13 October, and for the following 60 days, the ships of Bluferries - a company belonging to FS Logistix (FS Group) - will depart from the port of Reggio Calabria instead of Villa San Giovanni (with the same arrival scheduled in Tremestieri), to allow for extraordinary maintenance and structural renovation works to be carried out by the Port Authority of the Strait of Messina.

 

Over a 24-hour schedule, commercial vehicles depart every hour (at the 30-minute mark) of every day, including holidays, from both the Reggio Calabria port and the Tremestieri port.

 

The ferry service for cars, motor homes, and motorbikes is temporarily suspended in both directions.
