Sabrina De Filippis is the New CEO of Mercitalia Logistics

Sabrina De Filippis is the new Chief Executive Officer of Mercitalia Logistics.

 

A member of the FS Group since 1998, De Filippis has held various managerial roles, and for the past three and a half years, she has led Trenitalia's Regional Passenger Division.

 

Under her leadership in the past year, regional transport saw a 40% increase in passengers and a 92% customer satisfaction rate. Meanwhile, she has continued to renew the regional train fleet, with 128 new trains delivered between June 2021 and January 2023, including seven Blues, state-of-the-art, triple-powered trains.

 

A heartfelt thank you goes to all the outgoing executives, especially to the former CEO, Gianpiero Strisciuglio, who is now the new CEO of RFI Rete Ferroviaria Italiana.
