Polo Logistica and Sustainability: two Merit Awards for Integrated Management System

Rome, 15 October 2024 - Mercitalia Logistics and Mercitalia Intermodal (FS Group’s Polo Logistica) have received two Merit Awards from the certification body SGS for adopting an Integrated Management System (IMS) for Workplace Safety, Environment, and Quality.

 

The Merit Award, granted by SGS, a global leader in inspection, verification, testing, and certification services, is an Excellence Certificate awarded to companies that have successfully integrated the three systems into a single operational management, in compliance with ISO 9001 for Quality, ISO 14001 for Environmental Management, and ISO 45001 for Occupational Health and Safety standards. The award ceremony took place at the Green Logistics Expo in Padua.
